Dear BSC Families, Coaches & Staff,

A lot has changed in the past 48 hours related to COVID-19 and, in light of the steps being taken by communities, sports teams, local clubs and leagues, and other agencies, Blaine Soccer Club has decided to suspend play of all of our programs effective today until April 5th. This includes Competitive training and games, Rec, Development Academy, Goalkeeper Academy, GPS ID, and Jr. Little Kickers.

The health and safety of our players and members is our primary focus and we feel that, at this time, this is the best decision to make. We will continue to communicate with families as we near early April with any further updates.

Additionally, this decision was not made based on any known positive test of COVID-19 or potential exposure from any of our members. This is simply a precautionary measure.

This is obviously an unprecedented situation and we appreciate everyone’s patience at this time.

Best,
-Justin Flack
Blaine Soccer Club Executive Director

Twin Cities Soccer League (TCSL) and Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) have also cancelled games until early April. Click below if you would like to read the statements from the leaders of those leagues.
