Blaine Soccer Club Tournaments
BLAINE BREAK OUT TOURNAMENT May 2-4, 2008
The Blaine Soccer Club is excited to present the 19th Annual Blaine Break Out tournament, May 2-4th of 2008. The goal of this event is to allow teams'
through-out Minnesota and the Midwest Region their first opportunity to test themselves as they prepare for the upcoming outdoor season.
Teams in the Under 9 - Under 19 age divisions are invited to participate in this pre-season event.
All teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games over the weekend against similar level teams. The tournament will conclude on Sunday with championships
rounds for the U11-U19 age divisions.
We hope your teams join us in gaining your momentum into the 2008 season with the Blaine Break-Out.

NOTE: These schedules are preliminary and may change at any time due to scheduling needs; please check often. MYSA teams will need to reschedule any
league games that have a potential conflict with the event.

Blaine Soccer Complex - 105th Ave. Blaine, MN 55449
From the intersection of Hwy 65 and I-694 travel north on Hwy 65 to 105th street (6 blocks north of Dodge of Blaine). Turn right (east) at stoplight onto 105th street.
Travel east .5 mile (past National Sports Center on right) to Blaine Soccer Complex on right.

Final Team Check-in
All teams must check-in 90 minutes prior to their first game or earlier at Tournament Headquarters.
Final Team Check-in times:
Date: Friday, May 2, 2008
Time: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
or
Date: Saturday, May 3, 2008
Time: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Either a coach or the team manager must check in the team. Players do not need to attend Final
Check-in.
At Final Check-in each team:
- Must bring signed and laminated MYSA player passes. Please arrange passes in alphabetical
order to match roster and place player passes on a ring. A pass must be presented for Coaches,
Assistant Coaches and Managers at this time.
- Bring your Official Break Out Tournament Roster to be finalized.
- Bring any changes to forms which have previously been submitted.
- All teams will need a Player Medical Authorization form for each player on their roster.
Your Club medical forms currently in use are acceptable.
Your Official Tournament Roster will be frozen at final team check in and no changes will be made
for the remainder of the tournament. Each player pass will be marked with an identifying symbol and
will be checked prior to the start of each game by the referee(s).

NORTH AMERICAN CHALLENGE CUP June 20-22, 2008
The Blaine Soccer Club is proud to again host the Annual North American Challenge Cup tournament, June 20-22, 2008. This event is open to
Boys/Girls U9-U19 Club teams and will feature both an A-Flight and B-Flight for competitive level teams with a jamboree for the U9 and U10 teams.
All teams are guaranteed 3 games in the initial world cup group play with top teams advancing to the finals.
