AN INTRODUCTION TO RECREATIONAL SOCCER
Recreational soccer is a great sport for kids to play. It introduces children to team play, allows them to make new friends and most importantly to have fun while doing so. Soccer also helps to develop participants mentally and physically. The sport is physically demanding and helps to build strength, stamina and coordination. Soccer is a sport that you can play at an early age and continue to play even as an adult.
Over the years as a coach of both recreational and traveling soccer, I’ve recognized how important youth soccer is and how much I and my children have benefited from participating in soccer. BSC Recreational Soccer provides a fun and safe environment for our children to experience the great game of soccer. Please feel free to call me if you are interested in coaching or volunteering. I am excited about the upcoming season and know that it will be a great one.

JR LITTLE KICKERS
The Jr. Little Kickers is a soccer program designed specifically for 3 and 4 year old children. The program is set up for parent/child interaction, with you and your child having fun while learning the basic skills. The Jr. Little Kickers program runs for three weeks during the spring season and again during the summer and fall seasons for four weeks.

LITTLE KICKERS
We are looking forward to an exciting new season of Little Kickers soccer. The Little Kickers program is a perfect place for child ren ages 5 through 8 who want to have lots of fun and play and develop in the game of soccer. This is a non-competitive league and is designed to introduce and develop fundamental skills, meet new friends (parents too!), and enjoy the great sport of soccer.
Due to the large number of children in this program, we are always in need of parent volunteers for many different areas: concessions, coaches, asst. coaches, and many more. This is a great opportunity to work with a great youth program and best of all -- no experience is necessary. TRAVELING SOCCER
Summer 2005 is fast approaching. If you are a player in need of a team please contact Kevin Marquette at (763) 767-6137.
This summer approximately 30 traveling teams will be competing from the Blaine Soccer Club. We are always looking for coaches at all age levels. Please give me a call if you or someone you know is interested in coaching.
The Pro Excel training sessions held last season were received very well by the teams that participated. This summer all traveling Blaine Soccer Club teams will once again have professional training.
